CSGHA Budget Information Meeting - Tuesday, February 17th, 2009
Ever wonder how season fees are calculated or how we manage the money of the association? Anne Salemo, current CSGHA Treasurer, will be doing a presentation of our budget process in the Colorado Select office at 7pm on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009.  All members are welcome. Monthly Board Meetings
The Colorado Select Board of Directors typically meet on the second Monday of each month throughout the season.  Open Session, which is open to the membership, generally begins at 6:30 p.m. and continues until 8:00 p.m.  The Board then continues in Executive Session (not open to general members), where the Board discusses personal, confidential, sensitive and planning matters.  The Board meetings are held at the Colorado Select office at the Edge.

If you have an item that you would like to have addressed during Open Session, you must send it to the Secretary/Registrar at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it by no later than the Thursday before the Board meeting.  Based on time constraints, the Board may choose not to address any matter that has not been listed on the Agenda for Open Session.

Annual Membership Meeting
The annual meeting of the members is generally held in April or May after each season.  Notice of the Annual Meeting must be delivered to Members no fewer than ten (10) days prior to the meeting, nor later than sixty (60) days prior to such meeting.  If the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws are to be amended, notice should be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.  Notice is generally by posting on the Association’s bulletin board, website and via direct e-mail delivery.  Notice will not be given via U.S. Mail.
