Board Meetings
CSGHA Board Meetings
CSGHA Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month. Please check CSGHA Calendar for specific dates. All members are encouraged to attend the Board Meetings. General Session begins at 6:30pm in the Select office.
If you have anything you want to discuss at these monthly meetings, you must email the registrar/secretary no later than the Friday before the Board Meeting.
Annual Membership Meeting
The annual meeting of the members is generally held in April or May after each season. Notice of the Annual Meeting must be delivered to Members no fewer than ten (10) days prior to the meeting, nor later than sixty (60) days prior to such meeting. If the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws are to be amended, notice should be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting. Notice is generally by posting on the Association’s bulletin board, website and via direct e-mail delivery. Notice will not be given via U.S. Mail.
