Congratulations to our U12 MSGHL Team for taking the league championship. The result of this league championship was for CAHA to also award the team the inaugural Colorado State Girls 12U Recreation Championship as well!
After ending league play undefeated with a +81 goal differential and six of our players in the top 10 in league scoring, the girls entered the league/state tournament with the championship in sight. After getting a scare from Aspen with a 1-1 tie in pool play, the team turned it on and only gave up 2 goals in the final 3 games culminating with an 8-0 shutout win against Aspen in the Championship.
Great job ladies and the entire Select organization wishes them luck as they get ready for the CAHA State Boys Championship Tournament in March.
