Board Meetings

CSGHA Board Meetings

CSGHA Board Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month.  General Session begins at 6:30pm in the Select office.  The scheduled meetings can be found in the CSGHA Calendar.  In addition, the season schedule for all meetings and deadlines associated with the season's meetings will be posted on this page at the beginning of each season, starting with the Annual Membership Meeting for specific dates.  All members are encouraged to attend the Board Meetings.  

Annual Membership Meeting

The annual meeting of the members is generally held in April or May after each season.  Notice of the Annual Meeting must be delivered to Members no fewer than ten (10) days prior to the meeting, nor later than sixty (60) days prior to such meeting.  If the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws are to be amended, notice should be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.  Notice is generally by posting on the Association’s bulletin board, website and via direct e-mail delivery.  Notice will not be given via U.S. Mail.

Board of Directors Meeting Processes

Member Request to Speak

All members of the association are welcome to and encouraged to attend the Board of Director Meetings.  If a member would like to speak on a posted agenda topic a request to do so must be sent to the Registrar/Secretary by midnight the Sunday prior to the Monday meeting.
